Unified Commerce Strategy

Customer loyalty is central to Biscuiteers growth strategy, finding a solution that can maintain our relationships with customers both in store and online.  DTC advised us that growing retention and bringing new sales required not just an omnichannel approach, but a Unified Commerce Solution.  As a result we have expanded hugely and created a unique customer loyalty solution, that blends in-store with online, which has proved crucial during the pandemic.
