Experiential Sales Strategy

Since Domaine & Demeure first opened guests have asked them where they could find pieces they discovered at Les Carrasses and St Pierre de Serjac.  Many were designed by and made specially them, others sourced from carefully selected partners but always with the goal of blending timeless French elegance with contemporary style and comfort. Over the years a cottage industry grew up sending items to guests.  Domaine did this more as a service than an opportunity but it did make them think, and led eventually to Domainelife.com, a thoughtful edit of the most popular products their guests enjoyed so much they wanted them for their own homes. "Our entire strategy is based around giving the customer the best 'white glove' experience when purchasing the finest pieces from us as these represent the embodiment of their experience when a guest of ours.  DTC has been of immense help in defining this strategy, which is helping us expand".
