New and Lingwood's store expansion strategy required a new approach to creating a customer experience that combines in store with online.  Following the upgrade to Magento 2 the right solution to enable an omnichannel store and online logistics and customer experience was of utmost importance.  DTC assisted with finding the best solution that enabled New and Lingwoods most discerning customers to have the best service whether online or in-store, which has resulted in further growth to the retail footprint.
